How long will it take for you to respond to my pest management request?
We aim at providing services in a time-saving manner, which means we will send a technician as soon as possible.
What will the exterminators do for me when they arrive?
The pest control management technicians will first inspect the property thoroughly in order to find the vermins’ entry points in your home or office and determine the infestation level.
Afterwards they will spray, dust or treat the property in the most suitable way to exterminate the flying or crawling insects invading your home.
They will also give you advice on how to prevent future re-infestations.
Are the technicians certified to handle pest extermination products?
Yes, they are. The extermination experts have Safe Use of Pesticides, Asset Pest Maintenance and Termite Treatment Certifications.
How long will the visit take?
Our services are not hourly-based, or in other words, they’re not limited in time. This means the pest technicians will leave when they’re done with the treatment. The duration of a session depends on the type of pest and the severity of the infestation in your property?
Is everything done in a single visit or are there follow-up visits?
It depends on the pest and the level of infestation within your property. Bed bugs treatment is done in two visits, termite removal sessions might extend up to 3-5 (if the infestation is very deep).
Is there a follow-up visit after each type of treatment or is it only in some cases?
Ants and spider treatments don’t have follow-up visits. However, if you’d like we can schedule one if you’d like us to. Bear in mind, you should follow the advice the technician gives you after the initial visit is done, so the treatment is efficient.
Does the premises have to be completely empty (furniture and other objects removed) while the pest removal takes place?
No it’s not necessary for you to remove everything. However, you can cover the furniture and other objects with sheets.
